Galeno grew up on 1 of 3 dairy farms about 25 miles southeast of Foggia, Italy with her mom and dad and four siblings.

The spouse and children farm sold milk to the locals. In her distant memory, she recalls if you did not make cheese, then there would be no cheese to take in.

Those recipes have been handed down from generation to generation and Galeno carries on that tradition with her three grownup small children. The food stuff is deeply layered with an infusion of aromatics, different salts, bold spices and that staple of regular Italian cooking, olive oil. 

Galeno is happy to say all the food items offered in the shoppe is healthy, all-natural and made without preservatives.

A signature dish is the shoppe’s therapeutic soup.

“When people today experience compromised or just come to feel off, the therapeutic soup is so useful to them. The therapeutic soup helps make you feel far better,” Galeno reported. 

Cooked with 18 vegetables, the gluten-free of charge soup features levels of natural veggies with small sodium information. (See beneath for recipe.)
